PAGE PAGE PAGE 22 PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 随着工业化与塑料加工技术的发展，社会对注塑件以及注塑模具设计的要求越来越高，研究设计符合实际生产要求的模具尤为重要。本课题设计了一款菜筐注塑模具，通过注塑件工艺性分析即材料分析和结构形状分析确定了注塑模具设计方案。设计过程中分别对型腔数目、分型面选择、浇注系统、成型零部件、结构零部件和脱模机构做了详细的阐述。另外，对温度调节系统也做了详细的设计。 在注塑模具结构设计方面，塑件侧向无倒扣可以直接开模，不需要需用到侧向分型机构；另外，塑件外形尺寸较大，所以型腔数目确定为一模一腔；其浇注系统是带有直接浇口的普通浇注系统，此种方式完全满足工艺生产需求；然后对成形零部件包括凹模和凸模做了详细阐述，对结构零部件包括注塑模架、支撑板、垫块、座板和合模导向机构做详细了说明。制件最大直径为350mm，高为145mm，制件厚度不大、重量轻，所需脱模力比较小，因此采用推板作为脱模机构；因为是一模一腔，所以在塑件周围做了左右对称的温度调节系统，确保塑件有更好的品质。 关键词：菜筐；ABS；注射成型；模具 PAGE PAGE 1 PAGE PAGE 2 Abstract With the development of industrialization and plastic processing technology, the society has higher and higher requirements on the design of injection parts and injection molds.
