2018-03-27 12:00:30中国现代医生2018年3期 王娜卢俊红张红茹 [摘要]目的探討苏格拉底教学法在护士转空助产士理论教学中的应用效果,提高护士转世助产 士理论教学的质量。方法 选择我院2013年8月?2016年12月护士转型助产士共28例,随机分为 两组,观察组采用苏格拉底教学法进行助产理论知识教学,对照组釆用传统的教师口头及朽面讲述法 进行教学。比较两组护士进入产房后1个月、2个月、3个月的理论知识考核成绩,并对28例护士 发放调查问卷对两种教学方法进行综合评价。结果观察组护士1个月、2个月、3个月的理论考核 成绩均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(PvO.05);两组护士对教学效果的综合评价中,除掌握助 产知识差异无统计学意义(P0.05)夕卜,其余各项之间差异均有统计学意义(PvO.05)。结论苏 格拉底教学法在护士转型助产士这一特殊群体的理论教学屮有较好的教学效果,可激发护士学习热 情,提高护士思维能力,同时可达到教学相长的目的,使带教老师的理论水平得到进一步巩固与提升, 值得推广。 [关键词]苏格拉底教学法;护士;助产士;转型培训 [中图分类号]R473.71 [文献标识码]C [文章编1673-9701 (2018) 03-0128-04 Applicati on of Socratic method in the theoretical teachi ng of nu rses transition to midwife WANG Na LU Jun hong ZHANG Hongru Department of Gyn ecology and Obstetrics, Beiji ng Tian Tan Hospital, Capital Medical University, Beijing 100050, China [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of Socratic teachi ng method in the theoretical teaching of nurses transition to midwifery, so as to improve the quality of theoretical teaching of nurses transition to midwife. Methods A total of 28 midwives who transited from nurses in our hospital from August 2013 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: the observation group was given Socratic teaching method to teach midwifery theory, and the control group was given the traditional verbal and written narration method of lecturers for teaching? The scores of theoretical knowledge test of the two groups of nurses 1 month, 2 months and 3 months after entering the delivery room were compared, and the 28 nurses were given questi onn a ires to con duct a comprehe nsive evaluatio n of the two teaching methods ? Results The scores of theoretical assessment of the nurses in the observation group at 1 month, 2 months and 3 months were all better than those in the control group, and the differenee was statistically significant (P0.05) ; in the comprehensive evaluation of teaching effect in both groups, the difference was not statistically significant in the mastering
