摘 要 作为运输用的垂直升降机，电梯在生产生活中发挥了巨大作用。传统的电梯控制是用继电器控制的。但是，现今人们对电梯的安全性、可靠性的要求越来越高，继电器控制的弱点就越来越明显。而可编程序控制器(PLC)是根据计算机的顺序逻辑控制的需要而发展起来的，目前，电梯的继电器控制方式已逐渐被PLC控制代替。 另一方面，技术的进步使得电梯的拖动方式，已由原来直流调速逐渐过渡到了交流变频调速。由于变频调速电梯使用了先进的SPWM技术，明显改善了电梯运行质量和性能。 基于PLC控制和变频调速技术，本文对某7层电梯进行了硬件设计。首先，对VS-616G5变频器的9组参数进行设定，并计算了变频器参数的功率。在对OMRON的PLC控制系统设计中，采取S曲线加速结构设定功能，及采用旋转编码器控制轿厢位置和平层矫正器确保电梯平层，然后分配了I/O点数。 软件设计中，对于本层开门，设置了自动开门的条件。并设计了门电机保护程序，以停止开门，并给出了关门的条件及停止关门的条件。进一步地，程序设计包括内指令信号处理和外召唤信号处理，各种信号的登记、消除及显示。有无司机的内选外呼定向，及多种反向截梯信号的选择。对层楼计算及换速的高速脉冲计数进行设定，在PLC软件中设计了七段数码管编译方式显示楼层位置。最后，为了保障安全，设计了呼梯铃控制方式用来超载故障报警，还进行了消防运行信号启停的程序设计。软件程序设计均采用梯形图实现，简单易行，功能完备。 关键词：PLC控制；变频调速；电梯 Abstract Vertical lift as transportation, elevators in the production played a significant role in life.
