毕 业 设 计(论 文) 16V240ZJ型柴油机气缸套温度场三维数值模拟 学科、专业 : 热能与动力工程 兰 州 交 通 大 学 Lanzhou Jiaotong University 摘 要 气缸套就是缸套的全称,它镶在缸体的缸筒内,与活塞和缸盖共同组成燃烧室。气缸套分为干缸套和湿缸套两大类。背面不接触冷却水的气缸套叫干缸套,背面和冷却水接触的气缸套是湿缸套。干缸套厚度较薄、结构简单、加工方便。湿缸套直接接触冷却水,所以有利于发动机的冷却,有利于发动机的小型轻量化。研究结果表明:气缸套的工作温度最高达K,缸套内壁径向的最大变形量为mm,均出现在缸套内壁面的上部区城。 Abstract Cylinder liner is the name that we call the liner of a cylinder. It sets inside the cylinder barrel and makes up of the combustion chamber together with the piston and cylinder head. Cylinder liners have two kinds: dry and wet cylinder liner .The kind that doesnt touch the cooling water in its back is dry cylinder, the other kind liner is wet liner. The dry cylinder is very thin, very simple and easy machining. Wet cylinders contact with the cooling water directly so that for the engine cooling and the simplification of engine. This study takes aid at 16V240ZJ diesel engine cylinder liners, discusses the application of FEM in diesel engine cylinder liners systemic and studies the thermal load of diesel engine cylinder liner’s affection to the security and reliability. Besides, I also introduce the analyzing feature and procedure of FEM software solidworks and the universality and importance of its application. This study firstly introduces cylinder liner’s function and its design significance and then introduces the classification and function and so on. I take use of the thermal field and many parameters that are achieved by me. I also exploit the FEM software solidworks simulation to analyse the thermal stress and deformation so as to applying the reference of cylinder liner’s design. The result shows:the working temperature of cylinder liner can be high up to 107.3K,and the most radial deformation is 1.8 mm,both of which appears on the upper part of the cylinder liner`s inner surface.
